This is the third time this month we're welcoming new teammates to FurtherAI.

Each addition to the FurtherAI team is a decision we make carefully. We identify the specific expertise the business needs next, and we go find the best person for that role. This month alone, that approach has brought several hires through the door — and today we're glad to add four more.

The people choosing to work on insurance AI right now are coming from some of the best companies in tech and some of the largest carriers in the country.

Meet the new team members

John Pablo — Customer Success Manager. John joins from State Farm, where he spent years running the workflows our customers run every day.

Mahamat Ali — AI Engineer. Mahamat joins from Hedra, previously Robinhood and Meta, and was a founder before that.

Fion Lin — Forward Deployed Engineer. Fion joins from the University of Waterloo, where she studied software engineering, and previously interned at Guidewire.

Billy Mattimore — Enterprise Sales Director. Billy joins from Rippit, with previous experience at Navan and Vanta.
