Welcome back to The Coverage, FurtherAI's monthly recap of what we've shipped for insurance teams. In September, we launched Connectors in the FurtherAI Assistant, shipped Computer Use 2.0 for operating any system without an API, and rolled out enterprise controls and deployment options for larger organizations. Plus, a batch of smaller upgrades made everyday work faster and cleaner. Here's the full rundown.

Major updates

Computer Use 2.0

Insurance work still happens inside systems that don’t have APIs. Computer Use 2.0 gives agents a more reliable way to operate them:

  • Work in systems without APIs. Agents can read screens, click through workflows, and enter information the way a person would.
  • Automate legacy insurance software. Use agents across portals, policy administration systems, underwriting tools, and other closed systems without building a custom integration.
  • Handle longer workflows more reliably. Agents are better at completing tasks that span multiple systems and many steps.
  • Navigate dense interfaces. Computer Use 2.0 performs better on legacy screens and complex interfaces that were difficult for earlier agents.
Connectors in the Assistant

The Assistant can now work across more of the information and systems your team already relies on:

  • Research insurance risks directly. Look up company, risk, and compliance information using sources like OSHA, OFAC, and VIN lookup.
  • Connect to insurance and business systems. Work with account, policy, and document information from systems like AMS360, ImageRight, and Salesforce.
  • Bring everyday work into the conversation. Access emails and files from tools like Outlook and SharePoint directly from the Assistant.
  • Control connections at the right level. Connect tools organization-wide or let individual users link their own accounts.
Enterprise controls and deployment

More control over how teams deploy and manage FurtherAI. Single-tenant deployments are now available for enterprises that need dedicated infrastructure. Audit logs are now exportable directly from the product, and in-app user management means admins can manage their own teams.

Platform updates

New models

Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Sol/Luna are now live across workflows and the Assistant. Your work runs on the frontier the moment it's available.

Table improvements

Larger tables now load faster and use less memory. Dense submissions and portfolio-size datasets won't slow you down anymore.

Audio responses

Assistant replies can now be played back as audio, so you can keep working through a submission while the answer runs in the background.

Workflow history filters

Any column, including custom fields, can now filter your workflow history. Tracking down one run in a high-volume workflow takes seconds instead of a manual search.

File Library filters

Find the right files faster by filtering by source and date added.

Improved mentions

Select, filter, and resolve mentions so it’s easier to keep track of requests and updates.

Improved web citations

Every web-based answer now shows its source. Verify a result before it goes into a decision, not after.
