Today we're announcing the opening of our New York office.

New York is the city where some of the most complex, high-stakes decisions in financial services, insurance, and enterprise get made every day. Many of the largest carriers are headquartered here, MGAs and brokers concentrate around them, and the operational choices that shape entire books of business often get worked through inside Manhattan offices on a normal Tuesday afternoon. Being on the ground in New York puts us closer to our customers, the partners we serve, and the problems we exist to solve.

The office opens with a growing team already in the city, and we're hiring across the functions that make our customers successful.

New York is where the work actually happens

Most of the workflows FurtherAI runs in production today originate on the East Coast. The submission that arrives in a broker's inbox at 9am, the claims file that gets assembled across vendors during the morning, the renewal review on a Thursday afternoon — these are the moments our product is built around, and most of them happen inside offices 10 or 15 blocks from where we now sit.

Being in the room for those conversations changes the work. Product feedback travels faster when you can meet a head of underwriting for coffee on the way back from the office, deployments tighten when the engineers standing up customer workflows are a subway ride from the customer, and partnership conversations move out of email threads and into actual rooms. That shows up directly in how quickly we can build the right thing.

Our customer-facing teams now sit next to our customers

The New York office brings together the parts of FurtherAI that work with our customers day to day. Part of our go-to-market team sits here, alongside the deployment engineers who configure customer workflows. 

That structure is deliberate. The teams that spend the most time with customers should sit nearest to them, and New York is where the conversations that move our roadmap forward already happen.
