Most insurance AI tools can run a process, but the problem is that almost nothing in insurance is a single process. To us, that's a relay. It requires two systems, different scopes of work, and one continuous flow of information between them.

What ends up happening is that a person has to sit in the middle of the workflow, carrying the work from one AI-powered step to the next by hand: copying context, re-explaining what came before, keeping the baton from getting dropped.

FurtherAI is built to run the relay itself. On that same submission intake workflow, a dedicated agent preps the file with the same scope and constraints a real underwriting assistant would have. When the prep is complete, the workflow keeps moving, either to the next agent in the sequence or directly to the underwriter whose judgment the next decision requires.

When the decision does need a human, the agent brings it to the person who owns it, with the context they need, presented where they need it. The context travels with the work, and the baton keeps moving.
