Welcome to the first edition of The Coverage, FurtherAI's monthly recap of what we've shipped for insurance teams. This month was one of our biggest yet. We launched a Multi-Agent System that runs full insurance workflows end-to-end, Builder Agent for building workflows in plain language, Computer Use 2.0 for operating any system without an API, and a new home on the Microsoft Marketplace. Plus, a steady stream of platform updates, from an EU-hosted FurtherAI instance to 10+ new connectors. Here's the full rundown.

Major launches

Multi-Agent System

Insurance workflows don't move through one system, they move through people, tools, and channels. Our new Multi-Agent System reflects that reality: coordinating agents now hand off work to each other across the entire insurance process, pausing to gather missing information from people and documents and picking back up automatically once it's in hand. Submission intake, underwriting, and everything in between now runs as one continuous flow instead of a series of disconnected steps.

Computer Use 2.0

Not every system your team relies on has an API. Computer Use 2.0 lets your agents operate software the way a person would: clicking, navigating, and filling out forms across carrier portals and legacy systems alike, no integration required.

Builder Agent

Building a new workflow used to mean configuring it step by step. Builder Agent changes that. Simply describe what you need, and it builds the workflow for you, ready to refine and deploy. Every step is visible, tested before production, and fully governed under the approvals your organization sets.

Now on Microsoft Marketplace

FurtherAI is now available in the Microsoft Marketplace, giving carriers, MGAs, and brokers a trusted path to deploy the platform inside a Microsoft environment their compliance and IT teams already know, building on FurtherAI's existing integrations with Outlook and SharePoint.

Platform updates

EU-hosted instance

For teams that need in-region data residency, FurtherAI is now available as a fully EU-hosted instance, with EU-only data routing end to end.

Mentions

When an agent hits a step that needs human judgment, it doesn't stop the whole workflow and wait. It pauses, tags the person who owns that decision, and picks the work back up the moment they act.

Files library

Every document across your runs and assistant conversations live in one central place, searchable and shareable with your team.

10+ new connectors

We've expanded our connector library to plug directly into more of the systems insurance teams already run on (including new integrations with Applied Epic, FinancePro, BenefitPoint, and ALIS DX). This continues our push toward one workspace for every insurance team.

Dynamic workflow assignment

Submissions now route to the right person automatically, based on rules you set with no manual triage required.

Latest frontier models

GPT 5.6 and the Claude 5 series are now available inside FurtherAI, so your workflows run on the newest model capabilities as soon as they're ready.
